SMOK.Delivery currently delivers exclusively within Yerevan, Armenia.
Orders placed outside Yerevan will not be accepted.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order fresh and hot. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on order volume, traffic, and weather conditions.
While we strive for on-time delivery, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

Order Cut-Off and Preparation

All food is prepared fresh upon receipt of your order. Once preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For large or bulk orders, we recommend placing your order in advance to ensure availability.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and may vary by location within Yerevan. From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions.

• If we are unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or inability to contact you, the order will be considered completed and non-refundable.
