Welcome to SMOK.Delivery! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SMOK.Delivery. SMOK.Delivery operates this website and delivery service, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). SMOK.Delivery is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed only once payment is received and preparation has not yet started.
Once food preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices are listed in the currency specified on our website and may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order. Prices do not include taxes or delivery fees unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all orders and to update your details as necessary to complete transactions.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address or designated drop-off point.

All trademarks, logos, images, menu descriptions, designs, and content on the Services are owned by SMOK.Delivery or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

SMOK.Delivery is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for your orders, refunds, or any issues related to your purchases from SMOK.Delivery.
